Alvin ADAPT Programs include:

• IOP – Intensive Outpatient Programs: Through our intensive outpatient program, a person laboring under substance abuse and addiction issues can get on the road to sobriety and recovery while maintaining important family, work, school, and other commitments. The intensive outpatient program at the Alvin center requires a 10-hour commitment each week. Participants usually meet three times weekly for four-hour comprehensive sessions. The program includes individual counseling, family programs, group counseling, drug addiction education, 12-step integration, community resources, discharge planning, and relapse prevention groups.
• Drug Rehab Center: ADAPT Programs in Alvin provides comprehensive drug rehab, treatment, and recovery services and resources. These include abuse assessments, a robust mental health program, drug abuse education, intensive counseling, medication-assisted treatment, and a variety of aftercare services resources that provide ongoing and access to a wealth of local resources.
• Alcohol Rehab Center: At Alvin ADAPT Programs, the experienced team of recovery specialists treat alcohol addiction and alcohol abuse, relying on the 12-step philosophy. This is coupled with counseling services, including individual and group therapy. Assisting clients in maintaining sobriety doesn’t end with the completion of the out-patient alcohol recovery program. ADAPT Programs in Alvin include vital aftercare services that provide ongoing community support and guidance from a trained facilitator.
