About Us
Adapt Programs Alcohol, Drug and Psychological Treatment
ADAPT has a long history of helping individuals recover their lives from the disease of addiction. In 2005, we opened our first location in Pearland, TX. ADAPT thrived in the Pearland location and within five years had outgrown the building. With a full census and lengthy waiting list, ADAPT began to expand and open additional treatment locations, primarily in areas traditionally underserved by other providers.
In, 2006, our Angleton location was established.
In 2009, our Pearland office was relocated five minutes south to the city of Manvel.
In 2011, we established offices in both Liberty, TX, and Freeport, TX. In 2012, our Bay City office was officially opened.
Accreditation
CARF International has announced that ADAPT Programs has been accredited for a period of three years for its substance abuse treatment programs. This is the third Accreditation that the international accrediting body, CARF, has awarded ADAPT Programs.
This accreditation decision represents the highest level of accreditation that can be awarded to an organization and shows the organization’s substantial conformance to the CARF standards. An organization receiving a Three-Year Accreditation has put itself through a rigorous peer-review process. It has demonstrated to a team of surveyors during an on-site visit its commitment to offering programs and services that are measurable, accountable, and of the highest quality.
ADAPT Programs is a For-Profit organization with offices in Alvin, Angleton, Beaumont, Freeport, and Cleveland. ADAPT has been providing outpatient substance abuse treatment throughout Southeast Texas since 2008.
CARF is an independent, nonprofit accrediting body whose mission is to promote the quality, value, and optimal outcomes of services through a consultative accreditation process and continuous improvement services that center on enhancing the lives of the persons served. Founded in 1966 as the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, and now known as CARF International, the accrediting body establishes consumer-focused standards to help organizations measure and improve the quality of their programs and services.
